My friend gave me this book when I was a child. I really loved to reread "Midnight", many moments seemed close to me. The one thing that I was missing - illustrations of main characters. For some reason, it wasn't in my edition. So when I was thinking about what I want to illustrate as a personal project, I almost immediately remembered "Midnight".

I had text in russian language only so I used illustration examples in book with it.
